InfoClair PDF provides free, browser-based PDF conversion, compression, and management tools. All processing occurs locally in your browser — your files are never uploaded to our servers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

5. File Privacy & Security
All file processing is performed entirely within your web browser using client-side JavaScript. We do not have access to, store, or transmit your files. You are solely responsible for the files you process and ensuring you have the right to convert or modify them.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
InfoClair PDF is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce perfect conversion results in all cases. Use of the service is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
InfoClair Technologies LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to files. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
8. Advertising
The free tier of InfoClair PDF displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. These ads help us keep the service free for all users. Pro subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
